Additionally, knowledge of the payments industry, including gateway technology, merchant acquiring, PCI compliance, and providing APIs to third party developers. This role will require a deep understanding of the Patient Revenue Cycle from Scheduling, Patient Access/Registration, Front Desk Ops, Revenue Cycle, Post-Visit Patient Billing processes. The Director of Product is responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and final product in a SaaS and technology environment. This role includes a balance of strategic collaboration with the company management team members, key client, project personnel and budget management, as well as hands-on day-to-day implementation. The Director ensures products meet the needs of the organization's members and external clients. In this role you will be in charge of working closely with the development team to ensure predictable product delivery and communicating project status, and Solutions Engineering where they will be responsible for working with clients and partners to develop new integrations to support integrated payment needs. The Director of Product will report directly to the VP of Product and is primarily responsible for overseeing, directing, and advancing product strategy.
